D. Eric Woodard

Eric Woodard emphasizes family law and criminal defense in his practice. Eric graduated with honors from Oregon State University and received his law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Eric has 25+ years of trial experience, including 8 ½ years as a prosecutor early in his legal career. He is a member of the Family Law and Criminal Law sections of the Oregon State Bar and has handled a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, adoption, guardianship, and termination of parental rights matters. He has also handled criminal matters from traffic offenses to homicide cases.
