Clark L. Deichler
Clark Deichler=s
practice focuses upon family law, criminal defense and civil
litigation. Clark received his law degree from Northwestern School of
Law at Lewis and Clark College, and he has a degree in business from the
University of San Francisco. Clark has over seven years experience in
family law including divorce, custody, child and spousal support,
post-judgment modifications, paternity cases, legal separations,
adoptions, guardianships, restraining and stalking orders, and
psychological parenting rights cases. He also has handled criminal
matters ranging from traffic violations through Measure 11 felonies.
Before being admitted to the practice of law, Clark served as a Captain
in the U.S. Army, serving tours in the Republic of Korea and as a
paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg,
N.C. He is a Senior Rated Jump Master and an Army Ranger.
Clark is an avid skier, kayaker, and Scuba instructor.
